Next i plumed the radiator back in and set to with connecting up all the new intercooler pipe work, all silicone and aluminium this time, gone are the crappy rubber and plastic of before.

Next i had to put some new connections to mate the fan wiring to the original harness.
Then i had to think about refitting the oil cooler that i left alongside up til now, I managed to mount it neatly below the intercooler so it would get full airflow from the grille beneath the bumper, the picture only shows temporary fix before i made up some stainless steel brackets for it.

Now the tricky bit. With bolting all this extra cooling gear on the front of the car i had to trim the front panel back a little, some careful work with the grinder and the tin snips and i got it all to fit perfectly in the end.
Refitted the lights bumper and grille and my car still has a nice factory front end.
Here are some pictures of the finished job showing the new piping etc.

Took the car out for a test drive later and the car was so much more responsive and free revving with more power everywhere, Job done!!
